Acceptance of Order
The contract in respect of the goods supplied, takes effect when the order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute our acceptance of an order.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are at the discretion of KH Packaging & Disposables Limited.
Please inform us immediately to arrange for the product to be returned, if you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective.
Our Right to Cancel and Refund
In the event of non-delivery of products, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back the customer.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, KH Packaging cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Product Guarantee
Items purchased from KH Packaging are covered by a manufacturers or suppliers guarantee.
Accidental Damage
Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made for the replacement of product.
