Ingredients State: Viscous liquid. Creamy liquid. Colour Beige. Odour Characteristic. pH pH (concentrated solution): 6.0-7.5. This is a cosmetic product regulated by Regulation EC no 1223/2009 (as amended) and is thus exempt from the Safety Data Sheet requirements of Regulation EC no 453/2010. It is also exempt from the classification and labelling rules of the Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
