Heat resistant griddle pad/screen holder. For more effective cleaning, use the griddle screen with a griddle pad. Set the griddle to 70c (160f). The griddle pad allows particles from the griddle to soak up through the griddle screen and prevents clogging. Use pad alone for surface polishing. Choose either heat resistant or standard griddle pad holders to protect hands from grease and burns.
